I purchased an item for my wife from the Mighty Deals website 3 weeks ago, and, when the redeem voucher email was sent to me, clicking on the link to the seller's site to enter the code resulted in me being asked to pay again! I've checked my statement and the money has come out so I've definitely bought the item.
I've tried to contact Mighty Deals now on a few occasions, both on the phone and online with no success. Can't get through on the phone and their email/support website never gets answered either. I've even tried to contact the shop direct with the same response.
It says the offer is only valid for 30 days! Stinking service. Second time I've had a problem with this site. Should have learnt my lesson the first time round really!
If no-one replies, how do I get my money back?

if you paid by credit card, you should contact your card provider and they can look into it for you0
