Hi,
Not sure if I am posting in the correct place but has anybody got any information on the new ruling for 12 month rolling contracts? If so is it across the whole telecom range of services or is it only for land lines?

Just wondered if it also applies to mobiles? If you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0

Mobile providers have never used '12m rolling contracts'. Contracts are minimum term, once you are out of your minimum term you simply have to give the usual 30 days notice.
The difference with mobile contracts is when you upgrade to a new handset, and are then tied (quite reasonably) into a new minimum term. That's not a rollover, it's a new contract. No free lunch, and no free laptop
