old Store cards and statements

Just got back my daughters charges from HSBC, waiting for mine now. A few years back i was in a lot of financial trouble with a credit and store cards. Since then i have had my debt passed from one credit agency to the next i currently have all interest frozen and pay a minimum a month payment. I cant remember which credit agency is for which orgininal debt so how do i go about getting copy statements can i get these of the credit agencies or because i am with a credit agency can i not claim. I also have very little paperwork left from 4 years ago so dont know the account numbers.

Any help would be great

almost sure you go direct to the companys you had the cards with - i had old capital one card that got sent to debt collectors and ended up havin to pay them direct until it was paid off - however i got all my statements direct from capital one

You request all information from the original companies. If you do not have your sort codes/account numbers etc provide details of your full name and address with postcode, date of birth, type of account and when opened/closed if you know. Provide as much personal information as you can in order to assist tracing your account. Remember to make all correspondence in writing and by recorded delivery to avoid unneccessary delays due to denials of receipt. Good luck
