Yes that is very sound financial advice.
  • Wow! Ok here goes:

    1. Apologies to the people I so badly offended with the presentation of my post there is no excuse for it please send me the bill for your prescription for high BP obviously caused by my incompetence!

    2. opinions4u bravo please refer to the above ^^ this is for you :-)

3.antrobus wrong my friend phoned well in advance in fact almost a week(and if i had waited the eternity it takes to speak to someone it would be too late and i imagine peoples reply would be something along the lines of why didn't you act sooner?) first DD stated it was coming from, second DD did not. 'Argument ensues' Me argumentative! Where would you get that idea from :-D

    4. Apples2 wrong too my equally good friend I have now had the charge written off because I proved I was right :-O

    5. iaintw & Wutang appreciate your input although I see others don't. I may have made a mistake in thinking the purpose of these forums were intended for good and not to mock?

    6. Obviously not wrong as the charge was wiped :j

Luckily I am not in any financial trouble just foreseen that it could happen and took a punt on QQ!! never again hey lesson learnt twice in fact don't use these guys and ahem don't post on here lol

That's the spirit. Out of a payday loan and spend money on booze.

    .

I'm confused, you didn't have financial troubles, so just took out a QQ loan at a mega APR just for the fun of it?

Well you could have told us that. Not that it makes much difference whether it was a "few more days" or "almost a week", the DD request would have been put through the system well before the due date anyway.

Somewhat academic since you'd cancelled it by then.

    It was a good guess.

Well it was your £12 in the first place, so you're actually no better off. But just think, if you hadn't taken "a punt on QQ"you wouldn't have spent that £40 - probably a whole week's worth of boozing right there.
  • ^^
I thought the thread had some gaps as well.

However, I do like a happy ending !
