I got it at currys in Witney (Oxfordshire) after a massive bunch of idiots including the manager were trying to convince me that the CPW round the corner didn't have any stock! I even ran up the road and back to ask CPW if the had stock to which they replied LOADS!! The currys staff were so rude to me! "well why don't you just go and buy it from them?" was the comment given by one member of staff as she ran away from me and started to talk to a new customer?! Absolute cheek of it! I asked a young lad very politely if he was busy and that I needed to speak to the manager. The manager came out and i made a complaint which she laughed off and she also tried to tell me there was no stock (and why didn't I just get it from CPW?!?!). I had to force her to actually click through on the item and then put their postcode into the stock search box on the description page to prove they DID he stock less than 100 yards away! Lol.

This just proves once again how horrible and unhelpful the staff are in the Witney branch. I'll be glad when currys sinks like a sack of s##t and they're all learning to speak polish in the 99p shop!

Yep, me too. Ordered just after 7am, had cancellation about 4pm, but they have still taken the money (despite stating payment isn't taken until dispatch). Impossible to actually get through to them by phone. Have emailed a complaint asking for immediate refund.

even tho the main cpw website was saying out of stock i found some in stock at white rose leeds which is approx 18miles from me so went to currys and asked for price match. the man came back to me and said manager said it was too far so i said no it states on your site within 30 miles. i asked to see the manager and he came and changed his excuse to website says out of stock. i told him it was saying stock at white rose but he just kept repeating that website said out of stock. came out without 1 and i have emailed currys to complain about him. went to pc world and they were more civil and did ring white rose (i think) and came back and said that they had been told it was a computer error and there was none in stock.

I can't even connect to my wifi with mine!

Turn wifi on, finds networks, search my network, type the first letter of my network key and get thrown straight out of the page and back to the main desktop screen!

I did a firmware update which gives it the newest firmware, but still have the same problem?

Anyone else had an issue?

no....no problem with mine, internet connection straight away, i've been using it all day and have even transferred my ebooks from main lap top onto it and have installed skygo...i think its a great bit of kit for the money.....
