in Techie Stuff
Trying to install ubuntu and keep xp , put the disc in all ok then it comes up with. Failed to start..x server graphical Toe interface not set correctly, the page locks, and I have to abort, Anyone help ,please..

At what point does the error arise? When the CD is booting or after the install has completed?0

Yep, this happened to me as well. Have you got an ATI card by any chance? If you have I think it's a driver problem but I couldn't really be bothered to look into it anymore so didn't fix it.
Have you tried the new release?0
