    If you are using Windows:

Press the Windows logo key and R

    type cmd and click OK

At the prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter on your keyboard.

Windows should confirm the DNS cache has been flushed (this means your computer will query your ISP's DNS servers for the correct IP address)

Close the window and try again.

If using a Mac access Terminal and type dscacheutil -flushcache and press enter

I don't see what that has to do with anything. I can access the site fine, it just doesn't want to let me make any payments.

I offered that advice simply in case the payments part of the site involves a separate server, I'm not a customer of Santander so I don't know anything about their infrastructure.

I'm sorry my response does not meet your exacting standards, why don't you just ring the bank instead of rearing up on a fellow poster who offered advice in good faith.

Don't expect any appreciation from zerog. I don't think it's in his/her nature.
