Can everyone keep an eye out for either Pine Tree or Christmas Tree (can't remember the exact name!), but it's the one that smells exactly like a Christmas tree, and unfortunatly it's been replaced this year with Christmas garland, which is close, but not quite right. I wanted some last year, but they had sold out by the time I was able to get to town! :(

I prefer votives, but DH has said I can get either votives, 2 small jars, 1 medium, or 1 large jar, so that's a good thing! I can get the small and medium jars on Amazon, I just wanted to see if anyone here could find me a better deal. I've already searched Norwich for them by the way. ;)

    Thank you in advance!

  • Hi I went to Asda today, and they've just got in 2 full sized yankee candle jars £9 each, one is a red christmas one (sorry i'm not great at remebering the name of this one) and a cotton one? thats all they had but I was in one of the smaller stores so maybe the bigger ones have more?

I popped into my local co-op pharmacy today to pick up a prescription. They had Christmas sets with 5 votive candles for £5. I can't find a co-op link, but it is the same set as this one:

    http://www.temptationgifts.com/product/xmas-2014-5-votive-gift-set-yankee-candle.html

I bought three packs and was also given a £1.50 voucher to spend on anything I wanted with no minimum spend. This means that the sets really worked out at £4.50 each. I don't buy many Yankee candles, so not sure if it is a particularly good deal or not. Hoping it might be of use to someone :)

Thank you so much for posting this. I noticed a week or so back that the Co-Op Pharmacy local to work sells YC. Called in today and got one of these packs. They didn't have any more in stock so will have to keep my eye out for more. Fab bargain, thanks.

I also picked up some wax tarts yesterday from Broadstone Mill in Stockport. Some of the recent fragrances ie Orange Splash and Summer Scoop were reduced to 30% off. I got Spicy Apple from that range. I also got some of the new Christmas fragrances. The Candy Cane Lane one smells a lot like Jack Frost (a fave that was discontinued) and I am well pleased about this.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Yes, I had my eye on that but it sold out as I was adding to my basket! Then I found a smaller one, which was only 20p cheaper, I think, that had stock. When I went back, it had gone!
