Just to let you know I have Moon Pie medium jar and its amazing, paid almost that much for 1 so its a good buy fm qvc, quite hard to get, Whoopie Pie amazingly chocolaty and buttercream more like vanilla Cupcake, its a good strong throw and smells like you have had major baking session! Hth

I ordered 2 sets last night as I thought I'd like it!
I also have the Cookie Swap swirl ( smells divine!!) and thought I got a great deal for that at £16.49 incl delivery but Moon Pie is even better. Just WAITING now and I don't do 'patient' very well lol!!

I think on air they said they didn't smell as strong as the standard jars but for that price worth a try. made exclusive for Walmart in the US apparently!

Cookie swap swirl sounds awesome! Must have look for that! Im trying to be good but think I may have to order the 2 moon Pies as i love the one i have! Qvc usually quick delivery so hope you dont have to wait long :j Im really interested in comments about not being able to smell certain scents, i wonder if its an individual thing? Loads of people mention they can hardly smell A Childs Wish but I find it strong on large jars and especially melts? Have you smelled the new Christmas fragrances? christmas Garland is wonderful, Im instantly transported to childhood Christmases as it smells so like a real tree, and Candy Cane Lane is delish!

Friend bought these and said they are lovely, not as strong just as you say but she says strong enough, one did tunnel but that can happen with any large jar as well, but she was pleased with them and said throw was fine for her, hth

I wasn't very keen on any of the C'mas ones for this year, I prefer the foodie (not minty) more spicy, cinnamon type smells. Think I might like the US ones, hot buttered rum and warm chestnut!

I now use an illumalid to help prevent tunnelling and Amazon have a nice C'mas one for £3.50, BARGAIN!

I think throw depends on room size as well, my rooms are pretty large so doubt it would be strong enough for me, but otherwise a great bargain.

Have you tried yankee addicts for the crumbled wax to use instead of tarts? They come in a little pot (slightly more in weight than a tart) so are great for mixology and only £1-£1.20 a pot with plenty of different smells including some harder to find ones.
  • Did OK at Ashford today (Mcarthur Glen) - 2 packs of tea lights (Apple and pine and blissful autumn) for 2.10 each! Also,3 med jars for around £5.00 each! One called Embers I think also Apple and pine and another with cinnamon and something else. A few at 70%'off!

    Wow, what a bargainous haul!!!
I live about a mile away from the only Mcarthur Glen WITHOUT a Yankee outlet - can you guess how annoying that is?!!!
  • This is with full size yankee candles. So it works out at £30 being £15 each. Which isn't too bad as you don't have to pay postage etc.

Also have the latest fragrances! :)

Is this still on? I went in last Sat and it was this offer but can't remember seeing the offer signs yesterday.
