How will I know if the surveyor agreed with the price our buyers have agreed on our property? How long before someone gets back to you to say they agree with purchase price or not?
I guess I am just impatient and just want to know really. I am just dreading in case they value our house for less than agreed.
We paid 118.5 (. Was in March 2008. Which I agree was too much but at time the price was agreed by a surveyor) spent 10 grand on making it a lovely family home and we selling for 114.
Thanks
Paul

You won't. They already have agreed a purchase price with you.How will I know if the surveyor agreed with the price our buyers have agreed on our property? How long before someone gets back to you to say they agree with purchase price or not?
You should only hear anything as a result of their survey if there's a problem (or if they want to make out that there is).
In other words, no news is good news.0 -
That is what I thought but how long between survey and when they would come back to point out issues?0

That was not the question.rosemarie123 wrote: »If you want increase your home value, you must redecorate your home such as Furniture polishing, Wall paint, Flooring, etc...
And, if it were, that wouldn't be the correct answer.
Missing the point, like your other posts, so reported as :spam:0 -
They all vary but the buyer should normally receive the surveyor's report within a week so any time after that. You could always ask your EA to find out.0
