If all 44000 of us all put £1 in that would get us a decent amount of legal representation. Lots of legal discussion on here from non-legal people. Needs someone in the profession to look at it.0

Non-legal people...several of whom have spent considerable time looking into the legalities and seeking informed opinion from experts!
Good luck with your search for a solution, but realistically the chances at this stage are low. it's time to seriously look at Plan B for getting out of the NRAM trap, as redress can't be relied upon to help. for us we finally managed to sell up and escape is hopefully only a few months away. I sincerely wish everyone else on here is able to do the same too before too long. The stories that people have told on here have really hit home just how badly NRAM have treated people, and it frustrates the hell out of me that they have got away with their behaviour and arrogance! For me it's a tough financial lesson learned...0 -
I remortgaged 2 years ago so that isn't the reason for me. I'm not 'emotionally involved' I'm this just willing to pursue things further. No offence meant by my comment but this decision only came about a few hours ago.0

!!!!!! :-( Was hoping that the judge would find in favour. Sold my property in 2013 with a loss of over £19k, but that's how the cookie crumbles0

I was very lucky to get some financial help and was able to 'pay off' NRAM nearly two years ago, but I feel genuinely heartbroken by some of the stories I have heard, and the desperation of sone people. Due to difficult neighbours in our house, I dread to think what my state of mind would be like now had we not had help. This issue with NRAM kicked off before we moved and I was so so desperate to get done money to help us move on. So I totally understand where people are coming from. I think this judgement makes a laughing stock of a legally binding contract. Compensation aside, it has been so east for them to wriggle out of this, and like others, I feel this leaves a lot of other banks' customers open to abuse. As far as I'm concerned, this is entirely politically motivated and was sadly never going to go our way, but it doesn't mean we can't fight it!0

Unfortunately, I don't have a property to sell to get out of the NRAM prison. My ex lives in the house the loan was originally for and although it has a charge on it, I doubt he'll be selling it any time soon... I mean I'm paying NRAM so it's not like has this stress to deal with!!0 -

I think it would need a minimum £30 per person becsuse there is only the Supreme Court option that remains, and realistically we could never get majority support. Just look how few of us actually lodged official complaints, just a few hundred!0 -
