Virtual Terminal for taking card payments by phone

Has anyone a suggestion for a cheap virtual terminal in order that small business can accept credit cards over the phone.
I have found that paypal charges £20 per month which is a bit steep and a few others charge £10 per month eg paypoint and secure trading.
As I will only take a very few payments in this way wondered whether anyone has any suggestions for providers that offer cheap deals for this.

I have just signed up to Worldpay Pay As you Go https://mobile.worldpay.com/
The card reader works via bluetooth to an Android or Blackberry mobile.
Card not present is done online
I can't give much feedback yet as I have only just signed up last week and have only carried out a couple of test transactions using my own CC.
One downside is that it doesn't print a traditional receipt that people may expect.
Charges are 3.3% for CC, 65p for debit cards.
The debit card fee is quite high but there are no monthly fees or set up costs
It is limited to £25,000 pa. I figure if my CC sales get to this level I will be happy to pay £20/month for a different service0
