Hi all,
I know that EDF used to have a tariff called "Energy Assist". I'm trying to find out whether they still have this or another social tariff?
Thought I'd enquire here before spending 40 minutes holding on EDF's Customer Service line.

Thank you for that useful piece of information Macman.
I had done a lot of googling prior to asking the question (who doesn't?) but every source I read said a different thing. Some seemed to think Energy Assist still existed, some said that it had come to an end.0
