    Has anyone's order moved yet? I've emailed now to ask as mine still says dispatching on the 13th December which it obviously did not.

    No, my order is still being 'processed' and awaiting stock and awaiting despatch. This, and the continuing Hallmark fiasco - all pretty frustrating!

    Estimated arrival on or before 21st Dec.

    ive also had a despatch email for the free gift eta 21st dec,and they will send soap when it is back in stock,then another email refunding cost of soap back in my paypal.
    well ill be quite happy if i just get the free gift,ill wait and see.

    Just been sent an email saying my soap has been cancelled and I am being refunded for it. No mention about the free gift. Looked on my account and the soap has been cancelled but the free gift still says awaiting despatch. What a let down. First Hallmark and now this.
