As an "insider" can you tell me how often I should be receiving e-statements for my Direct ISA 9 as official channels cannot make their mind up and my wife gets them at a different frequency to me !

    I believe it should be an annual paper statement every March. I'm not sure on e-statements. I believe that is annually as well but I'm not 100%.

    Thanks, that is what CS are saying and the t&cs state ..... but Mrs M gets an e-statement every 3 months and her on line view cuts off at 3 months worth of entries. I do not get e-statements (as yet) and the on line view cuts off at 6 months so I have no way of viewing my account past transactions. Silly system.
