Sb: Still Waiting For Refund Since Jan 07

Any advice would be much appreciated with this issue:
I have been subscribing to this product for my business and had paid for the subscription until June 07. In January 07 I get a letter from the company saying they are no longer offering this subscription so can either get a repayment of £110 or use the upgraded subscription until June 07 for free.
Straight away I sent the form back saying I would like the repayment but have still never received it. Everytime I phone up they say they are still waiting for the cheque from Canada (It is a Canadian company with an office in the UK).
I feel they are fobbing me off and was wondering if there was anything I could do or say in a letter to them to get them to send me this cheque. I could really do with the money so I can take out another subscription with another company.
The company in question is quite a large established company.
Thanks for reading.
