help needed with local authority houses

Get back on the housing list asap.
As you need to get 3 bedrooms because of the children.
You say you are wiltshire but not where. I know that in some areas if you are on housing list you can bid for properties. And then depending on where on the list depends if you get it.
I do think that you are wasting your time trying to think of a way to get in to this house.
I know it is very difficult and I have been very lucky to able to buy in the wiltshire area. But only because we had a one bedroom flat that we have just sold in the Bristol area.
Prices are silly in the wiltshire area in even for little 2/3 beds in terraces. And as the average wage is low and all other prices including petrol are higher. It does make it very hard.
I wish you all the best.
Yours

thats the only way you can do it. speak to your local council on how to do this, but dont tell them your freinds leaving the council, just that you want to swap. although, if your house is not big enough for her family they will refuse on grounds of over crowdingsuki1964 wrote:Just a thought but could you and your friend do a mutual exchange? You're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on0 -
