Parcel Deliveries - Collect+ & MyHermes

Talking purely about ordering the parcel delivery service, full marks to MyHermes - it worked great except for payment time, which had to be repeated twice each time - I think this was due to the security check box for Visa & Mastercard rather than anything to do with MyHermes. I would recommend them as far as ordering goes.

I would not recommend Collect+; I could not print the labels for my parcel from their website or from any of the 3 e-mails they sent me. The last e-mail claimed it had the label(s) attached to it but they were not attached. I consider this fact as indicative of thier poor ordering process. They have agreed to refund me.

I've never had a problem with Collect+, I use it at least once a week and have always been able to print documents etc. They have fast delivery aswell, I'm in the South East and the following day, my parcel had been delivered in Scotland!
