Hi, I have been having problems today with security. Over the weekend I lost access to both my hotmail and paypal (someone other than me seems to have reset passwords. Then today found out 2 purchase have been made on my debit card - which is linked to my paypal account,
I have cancelled my debit card, blocked my paypal and also taken my debit card details off paypal completely (I now understand that credit card is better for this).
Yesterday I reset passwords for hotmail and paypal but again today, my hotmail was reset by somebody else. Again I have reset it (I also updated my security questions both times). I use a secure broadband service at home and our virus software us up to date so I don't understand why I am continuing to have problems with the hotmail (everything else seems fine now). I think it could be my phone is the weakest link?
Is there software I came install on my phone to beef up the secure - its a Nokia Lumia 700 windows based.
I am going to post this on techie board and mobiles board.
Help from any techno experts much appreciated thanks
