Free netbook with Vodfone

Hi all
I would like a little advice if possible
I have a 2 year contract with Vodafone (which ends in April 2013) where they provide an Acer Aspire One netbook for free and 2Gb of 3G internet for £30 a month
However the hard drive on the net book died a month ago
Vodafone reckon they are not responsible for repair and Acer reckon that because there is only a 1 year guarantee on the machine they are no longer responsible either
I am therefore paying £30 a month for a machine I cannot use
Any ideas???
Thanks
Marc

Replace the HDD yourself. Will help you to do so and to reinstall the OS on the Techie forum. Will cost around £40 for the replacement part.
Was a stupid deal anyway. Netbook for free indeed.0 -
