I access the internet via a pcmia card supplied by t-mobile (web n walk). Unfortunately there are no pcmia slots on new laptops (old one has died). Does anyone know a workaround for this, preferrably on a mac?
I know t-mobile have new usb dongles but I cannot get one of these without buying one (I'm in middle of a contract). Anyone know a cheaper way to do this?

Not too sure how the price compares, but you can buy a USB to PCMCIA adaptor. Here's one that seems to be compatible wit T-Mobile UK - http://www.elandigitalsystems.com/usb/u132.php
A google for 'usb pcmcia laptop t-mobile' threw up a few more links that might be worth following0
