    Hi Jimmy,

I reckon that's the amount (ballpark) I should get. I have not had anything redressed yet though, can you shed any light on whether you think they will be crediting any arrears first or just reducing the total amount and leaving the account as it is (reduced total/arrears still on account)

    Hi Glasgow

no arrears will be credited-just reduction of your balance-arrears are to be carried forward..in otherwords they want a quicker reduction in your loan(worse if you have arrears).

so two things have come from this or three

    1. NO CHEQUE(COT 1198/LENNON)

    2. nO ARREARS ADJUSTMENT

    3. END GAME IS NOW UPON US TO CLOSE THE THREAD ...

good on NMRAN - AT LAST DELIVERING...

    Cheers

Forgive my ignorance, but will the correction result in lower monthly repayments or a reduced term?
LBM: May 2009: £21,896 in debt

Reduced term, mine went from 15 years to 11 years and 3 months.

It's looking like all who have posted so far have had the term of the loan reduced.
  • Jimmy1000 - you have stated the same facts over and over again. I know everybody is entitled to their opinion. Let people seek legal advice if they intend to. They are not doing any harm to you or anyone else. Do you work for NRAM? Because you are now giving me the impression you do, and I think I am not alone in thinking that!
