Hi, you can report suspected shill bidding from here:http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_inline/report_problem.html
in box 1 click "report problems with other ebay members"
in box 2 click "problems with sellers" and finally...
in box 3 click "seller is bidding on his/her own items with another User ID"

It is worth reporting him as the one we last discussed on here was NARU'd today! That was pretty fast work, I can't find the thread to update it but both the 'buyer and seller' were fairly new users and a bad shiller who accidentally let his shill bid win one of his own auctions!

I have a feeling that live help is only available to Powersellers?

Nope........ Live help is for anyone.

    https://www.ebay.com n you'll see the icon. :)

Be aware however, they won't entertain any issues relating to shill bidding, fraud, etc. :)

UK users can use it, however I am unsure if there are any issues that are applicable to the US site and not the UK site or visa versa.

I've only used them to get links and ask questions, ones they usually cannot answer. :p

Yes, just gave me a link...... no help really
The facts are that both id's are registered to the same part of the country, shill account at 0 feedback never won an item in the almost year registered and only ever bid on the 'sellers' items.

if you give us the item number then others may want to report him too, esp. after a few recent successes!
