I am /was on a debt plan with Ndr,after 6months it came up for renewable,I contacted my debt advisor,and she wrote letter to debtors,RBS accepted it NDRdidnot,there staff are rude ,and bullies I tried to explan I was in this situation because of ill health,and would not be involved if healthy,they are arrogant nasty people,has anyone else en countered this
