Sorry DFW, but I'm about to go and use the little beauty again to sort out our lounge windows
I've decided that the amount of money I shall be saving on cleaning products over the years will make the little gem MSE

Oh brilliant, someone has posted that S3cret Gard3n party tickets go on sale tomorrow...I've wanted to go for the OH's birthday for the past 2 years but always missed them. It looks like they have small people facilities including a nanny service....incredibly tempted. It's probably the only festival I would go to with a small person as there's so much to do there and they specifically cater for small people, although our small person will be too young to remember. It's also one of the festivals I know my OH absolutely loves and I'd love for him to still know that having a small person doesn't mean life stops...hmmm will see what he says when he gets home
Will have to whack it on the cc and pay it off on Wednesday.

Kerri..festivals are such fun with kids.. When they are that young.. just strap them in a sling and let them boogie too..ear defenders are a must though..
All this talk re steam thingies may make me have to investigate!!! Anything that cuts down on effort and time spent cleaning has to be a great thing!MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

The cleaning is making both myself and the cat sneeze, this is not good. She just spent an entire minute sneezing continuously...maybe I should vacuum before I steam clean hmmDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

We have the keys
Now to finish packing up the old place so we can move into the new place. Although it's rented the new place needs the walls painting. I've already chosen a lovely lemon for the little ones bedroom, I have no idea what to choose for the rest of the house. It looks like the LL is a bit of a bodge job man as the paintwork isn't that great and there's even a hole in the wall where he hasn't plastered over it properly. We can cat-proof the garden though, so I'm happy
oh AND we have an attic yay \o/

A baby girl-lovely! We took our oldest DD to the Guildford Festival when she was a couple of weeks old. She slept the entire time asleep in our sling out in the fresh air...good times!'You've got to tell your money what to do or it will leave!' Dave Ramsey0

We've arrived in Bristol
only a few arguments between myself and the OH in the process, the amount of stress he was under I'm surprised it wasn't more. We've been told by our previous estate agents that we're getting our full deposit back, so we've ordered a new sofa on the credit card and will pay it back when the deposit money comes in. The sofa we've gone for isn't the cheapest, although apparently the RRP is £2500 according to made dot com, but it is a modular sofa made from solid wood. We've found our ik3a furniture is now starting to fall apart after moving it 3 times, so we want something that's going to last as we'll need to move again in a couple of years when we have our deposit saved up. I've also ordered a floor bean bag type thing that can go in the garden, somewhere for the kitties to sleep but can also put baby on it when she's too small to crawl. The cats have a cat tree on order which goes to the ceiling and they're absolutely loving the new house.
I'm still waiting for confirmation back from the referrals team in work as to when my £2k is going to be paid to me, I'm hoping it's in my next pay packet as I'd love to clear the majority of my debt off. Have already switched the energy supplier to a fixed rate. Called the previous energy company on our last place to close the account, and I've called the water people.
We've had no hot water all weekend, so have called the agents to get them to send someone round. All before 10am!
Just waiting for the internet man to arrive now so I can have super speedy internet, and I can't go to the shops until he has arrived. If I am waiting until 1pm I will be cross.
There's a greengrocer and a butcher within a 5 minute walk from our house and I absolutely love it hereThe pub on the corner sold us 2 pints and a J20 for just £7. Lovely jubbly.
