Wanting to emigrate to aus or states for a yr or 2

Hi,
I am sick of uni, and life here in the UK. I wana go over to aus or the states, and live/work there for a yr or 2. Does anyone how easy this is? Any websites to suggest? Where can i get the forms to apply? How long does it take? etc etc.
Any past experiences and all that would be appreciated.
I heard going to aus is easier, cant remember why, but thats what i heard, something with the 2 countries being friendly or something? But i also thought the UK and USA were friendly cuz of the wars etc?
Anyway hoping for some replies with opinions, experiences, links etc.
Thanks in advance
Tyler

Disagree. I think that would be a great day out.

Why do mice have such small balls?
Because so few of them can dance.
