Industrial Hearning Clinic Dodgy?

Does anyone know anything further about this outfit the Industrial Hearing Clinic. Everything I have found suggests they are really dodgy. They phone up people trying to get them to make claims from former employers. They target people with hearing loss. They phoned my parents who are on TPS, so they shouldn't have phoined them and they seemed quite happy to help my dad make a claim. He has hearning loss but he always had a desk job in a non-noisy place so he surely wouldn't be entitled as it is just his age.
It sounds rather suspicious that anyone would persuade someone who clearly has no case at all to make a claim like this.
A check shows them to have been mentioned on the BBC's panorama and a whois on their web domain shows a single individual named as the owner of the site ( which seems suspicious in itself.) who is it seems linked to the group mentioned by the BBC.
I would certainly not be inclined to let the Industrial Hearing Clinic anywhere near my house or my parents. Anyone else know anything?

Had them on once, just after going to hospital for hearing test.
Firm: We are from IHC about your deafness.
Me:- Pardon
Firm:- We are from IHC about your Deafness
Me:- Sorry I can't hear you due an industrial accident which left me deaf.
BzzzzzzzzzzzzzI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Love it!...There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
Any "professional" organisation needing to cold call their services is well worth avoiding.0

I also had contact from them (or similar parasites), again just after going in for a hearing test.
Makes you wonder where they get their leads from.0 -
I never heard from them again though. but seemed to get a rise in adverts for hearing aids.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
