Help needed re: Abbey & court judgement

Please please please can someone advise on what I should do now?
I completed an N1 against Abbey for £675. The court issued an N205A but Abbey failed to respond. I therefore completed the form and the court has now seen in my favour and asked Abbey to cough up the money by sending a Judgement for Claimant. However, Abbey have failed to do so.
If they paid within a month they could have had the judgement against them removed from the register. Today is the last day of that month and nothing.
I called them on Wednesday and was told that they have records on file of it going to court but no record of a cheque being sent. I told them that they had until today to pay up or would have a CCJ against their company for the next 6 years. I was told that their legal team would telephone me urgently either that afternoon or the following morning. Needless to say I heard nothing. No cheque has been forthcoming and I called this morning to confirm if I had any outstanding accounts still with them and was told I had one, but that is empty.
What do I do now? Should I call the court and, if so, has anyone had to enforce the judgement in their own personal case? What does it entail?

You can send in the bailiffs thats certainly an option. Alternatively and initially you could go into your local branch with your copy of the judgement and demand to see the manager. I would at least take the first step of getting him/her to sort it out personally. You can threaten to call in bailiffs as an incentive. A phone call by him/her to head office should be enough to get your money back or at least something in writing to say when it will be paid. Dont rely on endless telephone calls, write or deal with the staff face to face in person. Good luck
