There's usually somewhere to change passwords etc. in your user settings or control Panel on the site, its in "User CP" -> "Edit Email & Password" on MSE for example.0

The short answer.... visit all the sites and change your passwords! If you cant remember which one you used for which site, you can do a 'request password' on most good sites which will send you a reminder.
Almost all sites which provide a login will also provide a profile of some sort or account management. You should find your password in here.
Also, try to make a different password for each website!
If you're REALLY stuck, there are companies such as O&O (I think) who provide tools for scanning your internet cookies and revealing any passwords you've used. Scary huh!Throwing acid is bad.... in some peoples eyes...0
