What is wrong with people on this forum? As I stated right from the start, I wanted to warn people about this supposed bogus set up, and maybe get a few ideas how to progress with dealing with them/helping the authorities.

What I get is "Devils advocate" questions ( which I get) but a general negative attitude to the victims.

There is no evidence that this business has registered vehicles at your brother's address. What you have is some unknown person registering vehicles on that name at your brother's address. They are different things.

How can he get a fine for a vehicle when its not registered at his address?

So your brother moved into a place last week and mail for the previous occupier is still arriving. This happens.

Curious now... Why are a van sales company getting parking and speeding fines? And how do they get sent to your brother when the vehicles are not registered to that address.

So many holes its a polo after you have sucked the mint away.

HOW/WHERE did the post office find that this company is registered at your brothers, When the company are not registered?

Should be a short investigation. A company that does not exist with no location and no vehicles registered to the address.

And when they ask questions you wont answer them anyway.


Anyone recommend a good van sales company, Preferably one that delivers pizza's and also sells cheap chinese goods.
