I suppose it depends on what you order, but I placed an order Sunday evening and it arrived today, so to me that was quite speedy0 -
Free delivery extended and further sale items added, eg jewllery boxes and jewellery stands, both on 3 for 2.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0

Just ordered some slippers and was sure it said free delivery all the way through, and only realised when I'd clicked place order that it had charged me £3.50.0

Looks like they've removed it. It should have finished midnight but early this morning it stated it was continuing for limited time. Yes, very limited it seems! I ordered a £3 item and wasn't charged delivery, but that was around 8.30am.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -

auntyS please see my previous posts.
If they treat this as a cancellation, even a partial cancellation due to them sending out your order separately in parts (and it is really a cancellation on your part, by means of non-receipt of goods), they must refund you; they can't await the return of the goods first. Let's face it, who is to say that they will ever get the goods back. It's not in your hands... those plates were literally never in your hands! You aren't returning them and the issue is between them and the courier, not with you. Simply, as a customer, you have not received goods, and you want your money back as per the law which is there to protect your interests.
It's alarming just how many reputable companies seem to be twisting the Distance Selling Regs to suit themselves at the moment...
I have e-mailed them insisting that they refund me immediately but so far have had no reply and no refund.
I had to re-order the stuff and pay again so really not happy but what else can I do.
New order has been dispatched so let's hope they don't break it this time. :mad:0 -
