URGENT HELP NEEDED Mortgage may fall through

Please can someone help. Accord mortgages are asking for further evidence of earnings (mid year assessment) They have had two years P60s and 3 months bank statements showing pay going into my account. They weren't happy with the payslips that my employer provides, probably due to the fact its a small company I work for and they aren't as official as larger companies.
I have spoken to revenue and customs but they say they have nothing they can provide??
What can we do? Evidence do we need? Whats the form called.
Really stressed as I am getting no where with officials at the moment.
Thanks in advance

Will they accept a letter from your employer?
I've had to do that for my staff because our payslips are typed.0 -
You need to ask your broker and your broker needs to ask them.
They always want a lot of information and they do underwrite the case thoroughly.
If they have 2 * P60's I cannot believe they will need anything else to confirm employment, unless they are unhappy with some part of your employment.
Get your broker to ask, interested how you get on..
Best of luckI am a Mortgage Broker

Is there anything about your payslip, job or anything else that you've provided that would give the mortgage provider any concern?
For example, is there anything that would have given a suggestion that whilst being paid weekly/month and having P60's that show sufficent incoming, you don't actually have any contracted hours?

Thanks for your quick replies. Spoken To the broker so hopefully he can some answers tomorrow.
Th letter was the only thing we could think of, hopefully this may help.
Thanks again so much any ideas welcomed.
Will keep you posted0 -
Didn't think of the contacted hours, there is nothing to state regular hours of work every week, this could be part of the problem as theres no evidence of the same working hours week in week out. This I guess could alarm the underwriters that theres no regularity in pay to hours even though the same wage amount is paid each week.
Thanks Iain0 -
Your welcome, but I'm going to add that I'm no expert, it's just something I had an issue with. It could be nothing.0

I can't think of anything else.
What Dave said earlier is right. Until they tell the broker what they want and he tells you, we're as much in the dark as you are.
Lenders do have a direct link to HMRC these days, but at £14 a pop appear reluctant to use it. They would be able to see verification of the P60s you have already submitted at the very least.I am a mortgage broker. Well I got asked for p60 then they sent a letter to employer for them to fill out to see if it matched the p60....was never asked for payslips or bank statements. I'v exchanged today and complete on Friday. Aslong as employers letter matches p60 give or take a few k here and there.:eek:Living frugally at 24
