ink cartridges

Has anyone used cartridge24.co.uk for replacement ink? I bought two HP originals ( so packagaing says and I bought as such) , one of which will not work. I have tried emailing to two different addresses on the website....both have been returned unable to deliver. As they are based in Germany I am not even going to try the telephone number given!

Personally I wouldn't recommend using a website based in another country, and you should try to use a site that has a lot of good reviews. Since you are having trouble getting through to them, you may be able to contact the manufacturer (e.g. HP.)

If you need a good cartridge site for the future, I've always used inkntonerUK, never had any problems so far!

As it was co.uk I didn't look into it further! Learning curve I suppose!
I have ordered one now from the site you suggested so thanks for that!mI will try going to HP direct.

OP, you may want to check out cartidgepeople and cartridge world.
I buy from these places regularly, and they have never failed me on price or quality!

That's for my printer anyway, any chance you could let us know what model printer you have so we can see where the best place to buy ink would be from?

I refill my own, very easy to do and the ink and parts are quite cheap on ebay.
