Egg travel insurance have you received documents?

I took up the Egg £15 travel insurance to start 23rd March but still have not heard anything nor been debited.

I did call as I had to travel abroad last week and was told by the operator who seemed unable to check that as I had been given an online reference number when I filled out the application for it that it is being processed and I would be covered.

I wondered if anyone else had heard anything from Egg yet?

Yes,I have received my documents and I also applied on 23rd March so the policy would start on 1st April, needless to say it starts on 23rd March.
When i queried this they said I applied on 22nd March.
When I persisted and told them they were wrong they passed the buck and told me to ring 08451 222 888.
Because there is only a few days difference I never bothered but I have experienced EGG`s mistakes in the past.

I'm afraid you may've missed the bus -- if my memory serves me correctly, the offer expired at the end of March...
