I returned from holiday from Egypt and put in a claim 3 weeks ago with Insure and Go for medical expences incurred after having a stomach bug.this is the first time I have claimed. I rang them up this morning to be told it takes 6-8 weeks for them to finalise a claim.

Is this right ? or are they stringing me along

    Yes sounds right.

    Chase them if you have not been "finalised" after their stated 8 weeks max!
