OFT "Distance Selling Hub" advice for online sellers

Noticed that the OFT site now has a "distance selling hub" with guides to the various regulations in one spot - essential reading for eBayers. (And others! I also sell through Facebook and absolutely despair at most of what I see written in - mainly crafters - T&Cs )

Been like that for a while now. Totally agree that it is essential reading.
I love handmade items - just bought a couple of hand-made coffee-pot cosies for my mother as something a little bit different - but of the people I looked at on eBay one seller who I badly wanted to buy from was an unreg business. I had to fight hard with my principles as her items were lovely but bought from two very nice law-abiding sellers."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
