Help with mobile contract for ipone 4s & samsung galaxy3

Does anyone know of a contract for either of these two phones that can better this orange contract, Samsung galaxy s3 £26 monthly with 400 mins unlimited text and 250 mg data. Its for my daughter and i want as low a monthly contract as possible. For instance tesco do the ipone 4s with 400 mins unlimited text 500mg data for £20.50 but you pay a £100 for the phone. Now i would have gone for this but they cant get any stock. I also like the fact that you can cap a tesco contract so they cant go over and i end up with an eye watering bill. So that gives you an idea of what I'm looking for and any help would be really appreciated as these contracts are for 2 yrs i need to get it right. Thanks Richard W

Is that going to be enough data. If your daughter is a teenager she might be using the phone to watch youtube videos and facebook a lot and would probably run out of 250mb quite quickly.

250MB data is not a lot, IMO

T-mobile networks seems to have some good deal.
