NATWEST online banking slow customer log on screen

Hi is anybody else experiencing this in Firefox? It's fine in Chrome but I don't tend to use Chrome as my work is internet based and doesn't format correctly on Chrome. For the last fortnight when I put in my Customer Number it takes a long time to start to connect to the screen for pin/password. It doesn't even start to connect, just as if it has frozen, can't move around ff during this time or anything. Same with ebay logging on. Freezes and then suddenly speeds up. I've tried clearing history/cache/cookies, changed :config settings network pipeline stuff, tried safe mode - nothing. I'm worried I have something recording my logon details. I am running Norton 360 and it is fully up to date. Thanks in advance.

What do you mean you can't move around FF? Do you mean the browser has frozen? If so it sounds like an issue specific to FF so I'd advise a re-install.0
