What do you think all the "necessary criteria" are ?

Don't want to get personal, but how old are you, what are you suffering from, what is it that you can't do for yourself ?

I would suggest you go to the Citizens Advice Bureau or other welfare benefits advisors in your area and they will be able to help you with it. You need to act quickly though because you only have a month to appeal. CAB can often represent you at the appeal tribunal and will help prepare your appeal.
