Hi i was wondering if anyone could advice me please. My dad brought 2 nintendo ds from hong kong i dont know why the hell he brought from there in the first place to be honest.
But now he hasnt recieved the items but has a tracking number for dhl and ive just tracked it the item was put on hold this morning?
I dont want him have the items as im pretty sure they will be fake and i would like him get a refund but how do i go about this? Would i still be able to return them to the seller because they are no longer registered? They only messaged my dad back this morning so they havent been unregistered long.
Cant believe he was stupid enough to buy 2 nintendo ds from hong kong of all places :mad:
thanks

The items might have been stopped by customs as part of a fake consignment.
You could phone DHL with the tracking number and ask what is happening.
I don't know if you could still make a Paypal claim to have your money refunded if it's being held by customs for destruction.0 -
If they dont turn up then your probably lucky. Got a good chance of being fakes.
But as mentioned they maybe at customs. So may turn up yet.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
