Hello Everyone,

I need some assistance with a price plan, On my old Powergen contract, my GAS price was first1143kwh per qtr was 3.737 then 2.972 per additional kwh

My ELC price was 16.76 for the first 225kwh per qtr then 8.80 per additional kwh...

I then get 3.00%DD disc, 3.00%Duel Fuel disc, also Duel Fuel DD of 3.00% also Energyonline discount of2.00% all per year, both gas and elc.

I then also got14.60% Energyonline Extra saver Discount Until Min of 31/07/08

Now on my new contract, Gas works out at 3.235 per first kwh per qtr, then 2.574 per additional kwh.....Elc is 16.66 first 225kwh then 8.76 after.. I have lost the 2.00% disc, also the 14.60% disc but gained 10.00% disc.. How can that work out to a saving...

Powergen have stated i gain 3.00% total savings, I don't agree and am making a formal complaint to them.... Any help would be of assistance, sorry for the long post

  • It looks like you've been switched to the EnergyOnline Extra Saver version 2 tariff. Did you not ask to be switched to this? If not tell them to put you back on version 1 if you think you will be better off on this.
