kitchen cupboard door ripped off hinge

My 5 year old climbed on to the worktop in my kitchen the other day and as he lowered himself down his shorts caught on the cupboard door and pulled it off the hinge on the inside of the carcass. The kitchen is only 18 months old so how this has happened I do not know, but that is besides the point. How can I repair the door. The way I see it I have 3 options. I should point out the hinges on the door are fine its pulled away from the inside where they have 4 short, coarse threaded screws
1- Replace the inside panel to do this I will have to take half the kitchen apart and I am not keen on doing this.
2- Take the door to a local joiner and ask them to reset the hinges an inch or two lower and higher than the originals.
3- Fill the holes in the carcase with some sort of super duper wood filler or glue and drill out the holes and refit the door.
If there is a 4th or 5th option I will be only to pleased to hear from you as I do need to get this fixed pretty quick
Regards Chris

1. What's on the other side of the inner panel, if it won't show just screw woodscrews through the panel, add a small block of wood on the other side if you need something for them to screw into.
3. You can get a sort of filler putty from DIY stores, you have to soften it to mix it, when it sets it is rock hard. Then probably use woodscrews to reattach the door.
4. Drill the holes in the inner panel through and use srews and bolts to attach the hinge. If the screws would show on the outer side of the panel - put the screw heads on the outside and cover them with plastic caps.0 -
You could try a strong glue such as 'no more nails', that should be ok for normal use as long as tarzan doesnt go climbing again.0

I had a very similar problem and just glued the screws back in with Araldite. Has been fine for months now.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

Thanks Torbrex I thought off no more nails but I can't see the point of buying a tube as I will only be using a small amount, and I don't think it keeps.
Thanks RM Lewis that kitchen thingy is a fantastic idea.
Thanks Inmypockets I did think off araldite but I wasn't too sure if it would last.
And thanks to Sooler there is another panel behind the one that's broke, it separates the cooker from the cupboard so I think I will screw some would screws through the two panels I can't believe I didnt think of that. That's what this web site is for though asking thousands of people in the click of the mouse.
Thanks all once again
