Its gone stupid on me again.

The lights come on, the cycle starts and took all the powder then it just stopped, didnt drain away the water and i ended up with lots of soapy soggy clothes. Any ideas???

I opened the little bit at the bottom and drained away the water, checked the sink - thats the main outlet for it (sink was partially blocked last time so water wouldnt drain) but thats clear. Teh water intake pipes are both ok - and the technician i asked to coem out promised to be here faithfulyl yesterday at 3pm then rung me at 7.30pm sayign he couldnt be bothered - so im askign the DIY gods on here if they have any ideas

I'm not familiar with that model Sammy or I'd answer it here.

It does sound like a pump issue but I can't be sure as I'm not up to speed on those, Hoover machine I think Easy Logic. If you get the model number and pop over to the UK Whitegoods forums one of the engineers on there will likely be able to point you in the right direction.
