A Stoozing Query

Hi,
New to stoozing and also going to give it a go.
However, a quick query I would appreciate advice on:
The amount I put into the high interest savings account (any tips on this, gratefully received
!), is this the maximum credit I'm allowed from the CC company? Eg. say a CC said my credit limit was £800, is this the amount I stash away?
I'm a little nervous about starting this but also a little excited! I'm usually pretty good at remembering to swap CCs at the end of their 0% interest and have checked my credit rating/report so am hopefully I can do it! Hubby thinks I'm mad but he's not a patient, Virgo money-saving loony like me!
Thanks folks!
Effy.

Put all you can get into a savings account (I'm with 'ing' @5%). It depends on the cc you have as to whether or not you can transfer the cash at 0% to your current account. Egg allows this but others are becoming more resistant to stoozing. Don't use this money as it will be required to clear cc after 0% ends.
Others will probably give alternative info,
