Bank respose letter

Hi All,I'm after some advice from people who are in the halifax or anyone who has had the same respose letter,it say in short its sorry to hear that I'm unhappy about the charges debited to my account and goes on to say the regulators gives them 8 wks to investigate and respond to the complaints,to finish with it says it understands my corncerns and if unable to respond fully to your corcerns they will update me in 4 wks with updates.
Is this a deley tactic and should I go to step 4 and hit them with the threat of court action.

Yes this is a tactic they are using now as they are so boged over with claims. but dont stop send next temp. letter now stating you will take court action if this is not resolved in 7 days from date of letter. GOOD LUCK just stick in there and no messin your the boss.
