How do you 'order' statements - Santander, Halifax, Nationwide?

Statements for various accounts need to be obtained & provided to the courts by 17-12-12 at the latest.
I'm sure i remember reading with one of the above you can order them online, but i can't see how.
I think with Halifax it'd have to be over the phone as they have no decent online communication system.
Santander & Nationwide do have an online contact system, but is there some option online where you can order statements?
What is required is the past 3 months.
& while i'm making the thread, out of interest, does anyone know what these 3 charge for statements?

I can't see any of them being able to provide copies within 5 working days which is all you have left.
It normally states on your most recent statements what the charge is and I have seen £5 per statement.
The information should be on their websites.0 -

Can you print them off online and pop in to branches to get a letter confirm they are accurate?0

If the reason you don't have them is due to the accounts being paperless, you can get them for free, but the banks typically saying they'll be with you "Within 3 - 5 days".0

It was Halifax it turns out, that you can supposedly order them online.
He's just tried, but it says he can't have them for the dates requested as his name was not on the account during this timeframe.
Absolute nonsense, as his name has been on the account ever since he opened it - this applies for both solo & joint accounts (got same error message for both).
He's called the banks & got the statements. Their maximum waiting days range from 5-7 (Santander) to 5-10 (Halifax).
He has the paper statements already for his Nationwide.
Thanks guys.0
