How would you get a HL S&S 3 month statement? Is it even necessary?

    I'd suggest it would be worth him calling HMCS - as per my reply above I can't see there is any need to do anything about HL. HMCS should be the ones that can explain their rules about internet bank accounts as it must be quite a common occurence that a bank account has no paper statements - in the same way I can't provide utility bills as ID as they've been online for the past 5 years.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
