Hello, I want to warn people about a company on the net called fonefunshop.
I bought an item of them on the 23rd feb 2007, paid via Paypal after 4 weeks of not hearing from this company, not even a receipt from them, i started to email, never heard a word, so started to phone imposssible always engaged or just rings.
I completley forgot how I paid so i started searching my email and found a receipt from Paypal, I then went to paypal to do a chargeback!!! it came up with we cannot help in this matter ( or something along those terms ) please contact the seller and try and resolve it yourself?
I then emailed fonefunshop again this time not a very nice email, after one week they replied, I quote all they said was:
"I have not replied because you did not read we only accept payment via bank transfer out of eu "
I then emailed them back and asked so where is my money and why don't you return it back to me, please return my money back in full to my paypal account, it will only take you 1 min of your time. This is their reply:
Contact your bank and initiate a chargeback,
It will cost us if we refund you due to your ignorance when ordering

Well, I sent them a very nasty email, telling them to get back to school and learn I am in the EU. I live in Cyprus, I must add I have ordered from this company before and they have sent me items. Just be very careful they have no customer service and will keep your money!!!!
