    OP was given this advice on a earlier thread (more related to father's BB) however it is still probably worth registering your problem on there in the hope of a speedy resolution.

    In the meantime do your research as to what alternative suppliers would be suitable for you, so you have an idea at the end of term (though offers may change by then !).

    I waited a week for a response from an OCE who said he didn't beleive me.. I replied with evidence.. a week later I had another reply telling me I was being escalated to the OCE, which I had already requested via registered post... I was promised a response within 5 days.. That was the beginning of November.. despite numerous phone calls I still have had no response at all, and have been left with no option but to pass my complaint on to the watchdog.

    I migrated to PlusNet, and told talktalk to shove the bill where the sun doesn't shine.

    I now have a much better connection, syncing 7 meg faster, ZERO disconnections, and polite and helpful customer service based in England.

    Hmm, a lot of that makes not much sense.

    Plusnet are OK but are VERY restrictive with data limits the last I looked which makes them unsuitable for millions of people (many not realising due to ignorance).

    Yes, I would only phone TT if I were cancelling as I don't like their non-UK staff. If people like phoning their supplier for the slightest thing they'd best avoid TT.

    Otherwise excellent service and helpful OCEs on their forum and great deals on fibre (sam product as Plusnet as provided through Openeach).
