Best Internet dongle deal (or other options)

Hi,
I may have to soon spend a decent amount of time away from home, where I won't have much else to do other than watch TV, surf the net, read etc.
I would like to be able to get good high speed internet access which is fast enough and has sufficient download capacity to allow me to view iPlayer, download TV etc at a reasonable level. It's in the UK.
I'm fine to pay what's needed for the service, but I just don't want to especially have to be 'rationing' my use.
Is this something I can do with any of the available dongles? My phone has an old unlimited O2 download deal, so I can probably get an amount with that, but I suspect I will run into a 'fair use' policy after a while. Anyone have any good ideas?
